abarandcattleco@summertimerios7 Hi there! Tallow is solidified and can be kept at room temperature for up to a year and doesn’t go rancid since there’s no ingredients that would go bad. If you keep it in the refrigerator of course it’ll last even longer but it’s not necessary!
