brittanyk2018 @laralynch yes!! I had to report them to the BBB for that and surprisingly I wasn’t the only person that called and reported it!! They asked me since they were having “trouble” identifying me. So they told me I HAD 48 hours to upload my ID to them or my account will be suspended temporarily

brittanyk2018 @laralynch so when it came time for this package to arrive! It came to me damaged and because I had not given them my photo ID, they banned me from doing everything except looking up items. That’s the only thing I could do on the app. I’ve tried on numerous devices to log in and report to the seller that this stuff came to me in that condition! So when I found out she was on this app, I let her know and she told me there was nothing she could do because this isn’t M.

brittanyk2018 So because there was literally nothing she could do on her end or on mine. I released the funds to her and honestly I was so disappointed I literally spent 3 hours cleaning the foundations and the box that it came in and TRIED to put it back together. I ended up selling the PR box and foundations and concealers for literally $150!!! I paid more than that. It was that bad
