Hello! I am so sorry about your clasp on the bracelet you purchased isn’t working as it should. I had no idea. I know pandora clasps are kind of difficult, sometimes you have to re adjust the position of the end of the bracelet in the clasp to close it. I just didn’t have problems with that one, or else I would have mentioned that in the description.
