There is some play in the bracelet meaning that if your were to attach charms by means of a lobster claw finding you would be able to fit a few onto it. However one other option would be to wear this with a Sterling Silver charm bracelet. This would have the desired effect and would ensure that the bracelet maintains it's integrity.
