Just as you refused the package
There is no valid reason for you to refuse delivery . I have escalated this to Poshmark support

@juliavh . I did not refuse delivery . Poshmark issued me a refund because it was over 7 days and the turban not mailed . Maybe you think of anothe buyer .

Also the mail, Amazon, fed ex etc has been slower than usual due to the holidays & strikes
The envelope has a label over your name & address stating “refused delivery”
Not a kind thing to do to a seller who lowered the price significantly & who kept you apprised.

To sell the turban you need to relist . I didn’t refuse the item, I like to rebuy it . The post office told me the p.o.b # was left out but not by me . Ty
