NOELLE DUSTY BLUE BATIK PEASANT SKIRT, S/M

1172002. The earthy blue/gray of this skirt and rounds of lace, gathers and tucks combine in a muted batik to suggest a peasant tone. Knit fold up-or-down waistband is designed for comfort and adjustable length. Crinkle cotton "modesty slip" underneath has been damaged and hastily repaired (see photo). Not visible when worn. I found it only on close examination. Looks like it was caught in a heel and torn. Flat WAIST= 14.5"; L = 38"; SLIP = 21".
