Ready for a challenge? Gardens of a King from Traditional Primitives by Missie Carpenter. This quilt is an interpretation of The King George III Coverlet dated 1803. Center block represents a formal garden found at English castles while the surrounding applique are florals, fruits & herbs that would have been used in the time period. Top is made using English Paper Piecing, applique & wool applique (cotton applique can be substituted). Finished size is 63.5" square. This pack also includes the circular design templates preprinted on a double layer of Traditional Primitives Ultimate Freezer Paper for Missie's starch basting technique. New in original package.
