NINA Vintage Y2K Women's Black Velvet Pump,2000 New Year’s Eve, Block Heel

“New Year’s Eve” motif with colorful streamers on the black velvet background. Year 2000 is also painted/embroidered on each shoe. So these must have been made for the Millennial. Great condition, some loosening of the inner sole support. Presently I change out the insole to a new one when I purchase shoes resale unless they are brand new.
