NIC+ZOE A-Line Cotton/Modal Navy Skirt with sewn detail (M)

Heavy weight cotton blend fabric. Cotton, modal, rayon, nylon. Silver/white vertical line detail is sewn with a raised texture. Care tag says hand wash cold only. I have always machine washed on delicate with good results. Lay flat to dry.
