NICE Tom James Custom Tailored Navy Blue Vintage Union Made in USA 44 Regular. Structured shoulders, fully lined, two button closure, single vented, four button cuffs. Custom tailored suit, but should fit a 44 Regular. I acquired several other suits from the same person’s estate and they were all tagged 44R so this one should be about that, maybe a half inch smaller across the shoulders. See below for best fit.
