Evan Picone Halter Stretch Women's Black STRETCH Fit & Flare DRESS Size 8 This dress is elegant, figure-flattering, comfy, and stylish. The images shown of dress on mannequin are from manufacturer to show fit. THE DRESS IS NOT RED. IT IS BLACK. The others are mine. Excellent, clean pre-owned condition. Worn only a couple of times. There are no stains or tears. Waist: 26" laid flat not stretched (fabric is stretchy though) Overall length is 44" (I am 5'-5" and the skirt hits a few inches below the knees) The tag on the dress says 'Dry-clean' only. I have washed it in the washing machine on cool-warm temps and it's been perfectly fine. It didn't shrink. It didn't fade. It didn't fall apart.
