@blondeplanet it’s a cream product but it’s not tacky.. and I never set it afterwards. I use it last and it feels nicer and moisturizing.. but not tacky. I think if you did powder over it, it might glob up or something. I’ve gone through 3 of these so I’ve used it a lot and never had any issues with it being sticky or tacky. It’s quite beautiful.. and great especially for dry skin.
