NIB Vintage Clown Train Toy 1970's Kids Goods Push Wind Up w/ Original Packaging

Never opened or removed from packaging. However packaging plastic has started to separate a little from the cardboard at the bottom (see images). I believe this toy is from the 1970's. Unfortunately, I was not able to confirm that for sure. Independent research is encouraged to determine the actual year of this toy if that is vital to your decision.
