NIB, never worn, navy PVC rain boots with red stretch panels and tabs for ease of access. Size 7. Polka dot lining. Solid to prevent leaks. Perfect for those Spring and Summer downpours. Or, great way to look stylish while gardening or walking the dog in the park! With a 1” heel, these measure 7” from sole to top of shaft. Very cute. Note: the shoe box itself is a bit scuffed but the shoes are damage-free.
