NIB* NAVY Guess Tutu Flip Flops

Brand new in box never worn navy blue. Picture is black but they are navy with a shiny bow and a little blind. they are too small for me. I've been wearing these flip flops for ten years and get tons of compliments. the little bit of the wedge keeps your foot from being completely flat.
