smith19_83 @sandiemermaid61 you can measure the inside right down the middle ( where your foot would sit) following the contour of the footbed as much as possible. You can also measure from heel to toe on the outsole ( straight down the middle) with the bottom facing you

sandiemermaid61 @sas8312 I tried REALLY hard..since I could only find my metal tape measure....I know I didn't measure quite accurately. it measured between 9.5 and 10". But I don't think that's accurate. I am a TRUE size 8 medium. All true 8's fit perfectly. I tried it on for size and it's a perfect comfortable fit! There is a little extra toe room for the peep toe, which is a proper fit, and if you have a thicker foot...(mine is average)..the laces can loosen or tighten. Hope that helps..
