NIB - Limited Edition 2002 Harold the Cop Balloon Glass Ornament

This 2002 Harold the Cop Balloon Glass Ornament is a Macy's collectible ornament for the Thanksgiving Parade. Harold was a balloon in the parade circa 1947. A tiny spec of black paint is missing on his bum (see photo). The ornament has not been used. Non-smoking and pet-free home. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me with questions.
