NIB Cocconuts by Matisse Robin Chocolate Brown Platform Block Heels. Sz 9

Brand new in box. Purchased these on clearance and wasn’t able to return. They are marked as a size 9, but run small. I am an 8.5/9 and while I can wear these - I cannot fasten the ankle strap comfortably. The box has a dent, but is intact otherwise.
