NIB CRESCENT MOON silver metal 15 ft L string lights -urban outfitters, MULTIPLE

I bought multiple boxes of these adorable string lights that have SILVER METAL crescent moons on them and little perforation cut outs. They are so adorable and I had planned to decorate an event with these. We ended up getting large lanterns, so I have multiple boxes total retailed for $28 EACH box! The little test button on top of the boxes does not work on many of them. But the second picture shows them lit up.
