* Description: Both sides show the Old Man of the Mountain
The Old Man of the Mountain, also known as the Great Stone Face or the Profile was a series of five granite cliff ledges on Cannon Mountain in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, United States, that appeared to be the jagged profile of a face when viewed from the north. The site is located in the town of Franconia.
The first recorded mention of the Old Man was in 1805. It collapsed on May 3, 2003.
Token sales were discontinued on 09/01/2005. They were no longer accepted after 12/31/2005.
These have great nostalgic value to anyone who spent time in the Granite State before 2005. Keep them as they are or turn them into jewelry.
