hoyasaxa98 @elilunalove Here is my abalone collection. I’m not willing to trade all the pieces, but I thought it would be easier to photograph everything. I’ll do my black pearl too. I don’t have anywhere near as much of that.

hoyasaxa98 @robin85 I used to love Kendra Scott and collected an embarrassingly large number of pieces. I started becoming disillusioned with her pieces when quality took a nosedive at the same time that prices increased. My tipping point was when customer service screwed up a custom home piece 3 times. I figured out what the problem was - they couldn’t. They also did a very poor job communicating, making things right, etc. At that point I was done with Kendra. I sold everything.

I have heard your story a lot about her recent pieces etc. I have a ton of her pieces as well ( my fiancé can’t stop buying her jewelry ) it’s gotten crazy!! We had a talk about it and he started buying her Fine jewelry line & it’s amazing!! At least u made some back with selling bc there are so many KS collectors out there. ✌🏼

hoyasaxa98 @robin85 Yeah, it’s definitely disappointing. I’m not really into her fine jewelry either. I just think it’s overpriced too. Her business model is not sustainable, in my opinion. I think she’s working hard to try to seem extremely successful, but I think it’s a house of cards. It’s too bad because she had such great potential, but has made some bad decisions.
