How does this run? TTS or does it run small?

@jamiedmyer my daughter was able to wear it for a few games as a 4, 5 and 6 year old so it fits true to size. She turned 7 two months before the Super Bowl and the top was too short for her to pull off this year (without it fitting more like a Dallas cowboy cheerleading getup haha)
