Next made in Great Britain black Chiffon dress. Size 10 , but appears to run small. Chest measures approximately 17" across . The elastic waist measures 12 " flat and stretches to 15 ". Waist to hem measures 28". Sheer pleated top with Peter Pan collar and 3/4 sleeves. The skirt is pleated as well. There are belt loops , but no belt is attached Very good vintage condition.
