This dress is gorgeous! By Wet Seal, it is brand new and never worn without tags. It is done in alternating wine and apricot colored lace panels. It has an open V style front with a choker style neckline. The flare style mini has a keyhole back and a double gold button closure. It is fully lined and is size Large. It is 35” in length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. It is 16-17” across from armpit to armpit, but is very roomy.
