They received a Neiman Marcus award in 1938 for introducing the open-toe sling-back pump. Deliso Debs was a line created for their younger clients. I have seen advertising for it from 1951, but meadi8r says they remember them from 1946, which makes sense - that whole 'teenager', 'junior miss', 'collegiate' market explodes after the war. these are 1970s vintage Palter DeLiso pumps 2 inch heel with moccassin soft white leather. these are measured in foor bed as 10 inch footbed . these are very soft leather and will accept a wider foot. cute pirate vamp gold trim at sole to match the brass trim. shoes like these are not made anymore . these will never be made again
