New with tags fully lined summer skirt. Very pretty navy and white floral print. Full and flowy silhouette that can be worn with white or blue/navy tops. 100% polyester fabric for easy care and comfort. An easy "go to"piece that can be worn for many occasions. Size PM (Petite Medium) but is fairly long--27.5 inches from waist to hemline--so one would definitely not need to be petite to wear with it still over knee.
