NEW red thermal cup with lid

Brand new. Never been used. Tags not attached but product is new (received as a prize from an event). Great to drink warm or cold drinks in. Lid is transparent and detachable. If you look at photos #8 and #9, it appears as though there is a tiny scratch or crack on lid. To be honest I can't really tell what this is (if even a defect) or if this is the way the cup's lid is made. Measurements (with lid on): Height - 7 inches, Diameter (measured from top of cup) - a little under 3.5 inches.
