NEW neon apatite in matrix in platinum over copper

These are brand new earrings without their original packaging or tags.  Genuine neon blue apatite inside a matrix which I believe is resin. It looks like apatite chips underneath a resin to me. Set in platinum plated over copper with magnets on the back. I believe the ear wires are made of stainless steel. Made in India. Reasonable offers considered
