NEW color block swim bottoms

This is a brand new bathing suit bottom in a size medium. It is a black-and-white block color design with ties at each hip. It still does have the hygiene film liner. Due to the ties on the hips the Sizing is very flexible however, as it is tied in the picture, the waist is approximately 14 inches total length from navel to the bottom is approximately 8 1/2 inches. this has been stored away and not used. It did pick up a little bit of dust. Please see the pictures I opted to not wash it as it is brand new, and it still did have the hygiene liner.
