No areas of wear, stains, or tears. It is a size:2 Since all sizes vary I always measure everything anyway. 📏 Flat measurements~ Across the front of the waistband is about 12 inches. From the waistband down to the bottom hem is about 26 inches. 🔆Back zippered closure.
