New without tag! Willow and Wind classic cable knit mini skirt. Cream colored with a black band on the ruffled hem. The softest blend! You won’t want to take it off. 🥰 The cut of the skirt is A-line, but it doesn’t really flare. It hangs softly on the hips. Elastic waistband stretches to fit. This is a Medium, and I believe it may be a Juniors Medium because the waist is only 26”, but stretches to 30”. Please check measurements carefully. Measurements: waist is 13” across, 26” around (stretches to 15” across, 30” around), hips are 19” across, 38” around (stretches to 24” across, 48” around), width at bottom hem is 24” across and stretches if need be, but truly holds it shape because of the cable knit! And finally, length is 18”. A great mini length. Beautiful knit. Comfy and adorable skirt!
