Bag was authenticated by VBB and lovingly cleaned and restored and enhanced with beautiful leather fringe. The fringe comes tied up as you can see in photos. Just remove ties to let down. To be very clear- if you do not already know, VBB takes used LV bags and refurbishes and revamps by replacing any damaged parts, zippers and adds a one of a kind flare.
