does this run oversize or more true to size? I'm typical more of a 10!

@windyfinds I am not totally sure, to be honest. They sent me the wrong size and it is too big for me. So I can't tell what degree of that is it being oversize vs. just being too big. I could take measurements today, if that would help? :)
