NEW Tiffany & Co. Open Heart Ring in Sterling Silver Size 6 with Packaging

Gorgeous open heart ring designed by the legendary Elsa Peretti. New, has been sitting in my jewelry collection for a couple of years but it’s too small for me now. Minor marks from handling might exist but I don’t see anything obvious. This is the recent (not vintage) edition of the ring. Size 6. Nice fluid design. Very comfortable fit. Retails for $475. Comes with the packaging pictured. Always authentic.
