NEW Tibi Silk Dress Sleeveless Pleated Burgundy

Tibi dress, 100% silk shell, fully lined New with Neiman Marcus tag. Side zip plus hook/eye closure (missing eye). Flaws: snags throughout the top bodice, but ruching/pleating hides most of it, a few snags on the bottom skirt. Approximate measurements (laid flat) 16.5" armpit to armpit, 14" across waistline, 35" from top of shoulder down to hem. Size 8 but seems to run small so listing as size 6, see measurements.
