NEW Talbots Size 14P 14 Petite Tweed Lace Sheath Dress Black FLAW

New with tags Talbots Sheath dress in black. Tweed fabric stripes on floral lace. Lined with tan material underneath. Decorative buttons on the shoulder. Tweed material around neckline. Hidden back zipper. There are some white stripes on the back (shown in the last picture) as well as some white marks at the armpits. I think maybe they are deodorant marks but didn’t try to get them out because it is new with tags. Price reflects this. Size 14P. Armpit to armpit: 19” Length: 36”
