NEW Stunning Silk Handmade Padded Jacket Mongolia

This is a silk padded jacket in a bright blue with purple lining. It was bought in a boutique in Mongolia and is hand made. It is really quite special. I would say it fits from ages 3-5. So, perhaps 4T. There are no tags or sizes. Never worn.
