Hi—I purchased this for my son’s birthday and when he opened it, it was broken. It doesn’t work, won’t place cassettes. He is very upset.

@fallontine hello, i'm sorry to hear that! the item was new and sealed in its original packaging for about 30 years. the age of the item is likely why it didn't work. there are people who sell tested vintage items so that may be a better alternative.
