NEW Sealed DesignWare Candle Pikachu Pokemon 1999 3 Inches Printed Decal Vintage

Brand new, still sealed. This is a DesignWare candle printed with a Pikachu decal. It was released in 1999 and measures about 3 x 3.25 x .5 inches. While it has never been opened, there is a slight crack in the plastic, as shown in photos.
