This shirt is so cute, the pictures do not begin to do it justice.  I did put "cold shoulder" in the title but I'm not sure if it is an actual off the shoulder shirt. That is just how I would wear it. It is a nice thin, flowy material. It measures 27" from armpit to armpit and 26" from shoulder seam to hem. It is 19" from neckline to bottom of hem in frontThe sleeves are 19" have elastic bands.
