@jreh4658 18.5 shoulder width and a blend of Polyester, Viscose, Wool, and Elastane (added pic of tag for reference). It's a super nice jacket...I have the same one in a slightly larger size that I wear. It's worth the price and if I don't get what I'd like for it, I'll just keep it for one of my sons to enjoy.
