KY Cool Change Costume- The orange costume has elastic waist pants and cuffs (waist unstretched 28", inseam 26.5"). The vest has a 26.5" chest. Great little costume for your tricker-treater. The cousins decided to a different direction, so my son didn't wear this costume.
