In brand new with tags condition I have no idea if the style name of this cute dress. I wrote to Free People and they didn't know, even with the info from the tag, but I think I was emailing someone overseas that weren't the most knowledgeable. So it's a mystery dress. The straps tie in the back so measuring the top is going to be impossible. The rest of the measurements are in the photos. There's a vertical row of buttons on the left side waist to hip.
