NEW NWT Ivory White Sz XS Sleeveless Cowl Neck Lightweight Tunic Sweater RUE21

This long sleeveless cowl neck sweater is new with the tags still on it, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It is size XS and made by Rue21. It measures 15" across at the bust, the hips measures 18" across and 23" in length from the back of the neck, (it is a little longer in the back than the front). It is made with 100% acrylic and is hand washable. Very nice sweater.
