This unlined skirt is size 12 and made by Jones New York. It is made with 100% worsted wool and dry clean only. The elastic waist measures 14 1/2" across unstretched, the hips measure 20 1/2" across and it is 36 1/2" in length. It is new with tags (retail value of $129), will have some wrinkling with shipping.
