It is brand new genuine product that was originally purchased online from approved vendors and then lost in the shipping process due to various reasons. The freight company (USPS, FedEx, UPS) pays insurance claims and then attempts to reclaim a portion of their loss by auctioning the items. Due to the large quantities of product all items are dumped from their original boxes into large cardboard bins to save space. As a result, most of my footwear does not have a box included.
