NEW NFL Heritage Banner Oakland Raiders Wool Blend Decor Hanging Winning Streak. This vertical hanging pennant banner from NFL's Winning Streak collection celebrates the Oakland Raiders. This banner is a wool blend (70% wool, 30% acrylic) with embroidery all down the front. It still has the original tag on it, but does have a little discoloration to the white, especially at the top.
