The bodice is also fully lined. The skirt is a yummy soft velvet. The waist is tied in back with a feminine ombre ribbon. This is so unique and would be fab for the holidays. Waist: 15" flat seam to seam Hips: 22" approx. flat measurement Pit to Pit: 19" flat Armpit to hem bottom: 37" Top of shoulder to hem bottom: 45" Hem from side to side: 29" flat Armpit to waistline: 9.5" Waist down to bottom hem: 28" Center back measurement: 41" total Left side zipper. Shell 82% Rayon, 18% Silk, Lining is 100% Polyester This is new and has never been worn. The original Newport News tag is attached, but this is the only tag provided, as it was purchased online and came with an invoice rather than with a barcode tag.
