Brand new, the bullet has never been opened or exposed to air. Look up swatches of this lovely, classic MAC purple online to see it. Original price is $25 usd. I have not opened this, so I'm not aware if the wax has formed white beads on the bullet. If there are white beads on the lipstick, its harmless, and it's from the waxes and oils in the lipstick. Just gently wipe with a lint-free tissue sprayed with some isopropyl alcohol.
