New with tags still attached, cuffs can be turned and adjusted to how you like- rolled short or left high, or edges pulled all the way over the ankles. Uppers are a surfed fabric. Cuff is Lined with fleece, inner sole is fabric (not fleece). Sole has flex to it. Cute pattern with neutral colors. Size 7-8 Length of sole is about 10”, width about 4” at the widest part.
